We bring order to the chaos and implement a structure which enables accurate and timely preparation of the 3 Core Financial Statements, customizing them to your business activity and provide information which is meaningful to you.  

We clarify your “Why”. We identify your most pressing financial issue: No Cash, or Low Profits/High Losses, or No Growth, or all three. Maybe managing your finances is simply a headache. 

We detail your current management of your business finances.  What you are doing, what you are not doing and what you would like to achieve.

We discuss and make decisions on who should be responsible for “the doing” and the role of the business owner.

We look at the systems you are using, and at what capacity and we identify how we can improve the use of these systems.

We will detail a plan to turn your finance function into a Finance Engine. Debra will document call to actions, assigned responsibility and a timeline.

Reveal

We discuss the 3 Core Financial Statements in detail, their purpose on their own merit, their relationship with the other statements and what they say about your business.   

We look at how your business operates. We investigate your profitability and assess how it supports the cash needs of your business. We then outline targets and  strategies to reach those targets.

We look at how you are managing your cash. We identify problem areas and assess the liquidity of your business, set targets and outline strategies to reach those targets. 

We identify the business activities that drive your cash inflows and outflows. We determine if your business is generating enough cash and the potential for growth. We set targets and strategies to reach those targets. 

For all strategies we will determine call to actions, assign responsibilities and set a timeline. Debra will document these decisions in The Intelligence Code specific to your business.

RISK

We deep dive into your 3 Core Financial Statements and identify  where you are most at risk. We will then fine tune strategies to mitigate these financial risks. 

We look behind the numbers on the face of your profit and loss and isolate areas of revenue risk and profit risk. We then outline strategies to combat and mitigate these risks, securing your business’ earning capacity. 

We look at your ability to meet your current obligations and expose areas where you are most at risk. We also examine your levels of debt and assess their level of risk in conjunction with your growth plans. We then put strategies into place to minmize your risks and maximize the use of your resources.   

We look at the business activities specific to your business that drive ongoing positive net cash flows and detail what strategies you can implement to mitigate or eliminate your risks. We take a look at our three cash metrics – The Cash Codes. 

We document what we have discovered and the strategies we have discussed along with an implementation timeline.

Ratio

We determine a suite of “numbers” you can use on a periodic basis to keep you finger on the pulse of your business. A combination of standard measures and specific metrics for areas of most concern in your business.

We look at five ratios of profitability and what they communicate about your business. 

We look at three rations relating to the Balance Sheet and what they communicate about your business. 

We look at three cash flow metrics and what they communicate about your business’ cash flow. 

We identify a cross section of ratios to be reported on a periodic basis.

Recur

Once a month we will meet to review actual  financial results against your targets. We will discuss possible strategies to remedy problems and leverage off of wins.

We will review The Intelligent Code designed specifically for your business, the associated strategies which have been implemented and their progress. 

We will review The Risks, the associated strategies that have been implemented and their progress. 

We will assess current activity against targets we previously set. Problems will be identified and wins will be highlighted. Subsequently strategies are developed and implemented. 

Debra will issue a report on recommendations and concerns.

Reach

We build a practical Strategic Business Plan along with full costing and analysis which you can use to implement your strategic goals and measure your progress.

We determine the key strategic goals you wish to implement in your business over the next three years. 

We define the steps each of your business units will need to be put into place to realize the goals you outlined in your strategic plan.

We cost out the Strategic and Business Plan and provide a suite of the 3 Core Financial Statements over the next 3 years. We then analyze the results for practicality and affordability. 

We outline 3 scenarios which encompass varying combination of strategic goals and revise the Business and Financial Plan. We then compare the 3 scenarios and make a decision on which Plan to go forward and implement.  

We combine the strategic metrics into the scorecard to enable tracking and ongoing measurement of progress.  

You will have a budget model that can be used each year to capture and calculate your annual business planning and budgeting information.

The objective of this meeting is to get to know one another and introduce me to your business.

For a partnership to work, there must be a good fit between the players.

We will discuss your business in detail. What made you embark on the entrepreneurial journey and how you have progressed to where you are today.

I would also like to understand the basis for reaching out for my assistance and the core financial issue you are currently dealing with today.

I will provide details about the program. I will outline further details of each of the modules and answer any questions you may have.

I will make an initial assessment of how I believe it can add value to your business and estimate how long it will take.

We are all busy people and you do have a business to run. 

We will determine the time commitment you will need to invest to get results. 

As for me, my focus is upon results and it will take as long as it takes. There are always limitations though and I will be transparent about these. 

I will outline the price and the three payment arrangements I have available.

As a rule I don’t make decisions on the spot, particularly ones that require a considerable investment. I prefer to sleep on it to ensure it is right for me. 

I will give you a strict 48 hours to make a decision if you would like to proceed on the price quoted.

I will contact you prior to expiration of the offer using your preferred method of contact. 

Once agreement is reached, I will issue you with a quote for the full program along with a digital contract. 

You will sign the contract, select your preferred payment plan and return to me for processing. 

The first two modules are paid for before Set Up First Meeting on all payment arrangements. This represents 30% of the full program.

I will send a link to assist you with payment in line with the payment arrangement you have selected. 

We will setup our first meeting where we will scope out the program in line with your business requirements.

Module 1 will generally take 30 Days to complete.

If at the conclusion of this module you no longer believe this program is for you, I will return your deposit and we will part ways.
